Shipping and returns
We ship kitesurf and wingfoil gear across Europe from El Médano, Tenerife. Here are the delivery times, cost per destination and how returns work.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared in 1-2 business days. Transit takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the country. In the Canary Islands delivery is usually 24-48 h.
30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the gear is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or the shipment was wrong.
Pickup in El Médano
If you are in Tenerife you can collect your order in El Médano. We will confirm the pickup point, address and opening hours by email or WhatsApp once the order is ready.
Shipping cost by destination
Cost is calculated per order based on destination and gear type. Boards, foils and bulky items may carry a surcharge that you will see before paying.
Shipping costs are calculated before payment and shown at checkout.
